
If all you do is eat processed foods you won’t be healthy. Well it’s the same spiritually, if you only eat processed spiritual food (podcasts, teachings, sermons) and not “whole foods” (small group discipleship, solitude in the Word, private prayer). Not bad to receive some “premade” spiritual meals, but in this new year, how can you do more home and family cookin?
There’s a reason why you get more out of reading the book for yourself than just attending a presentation. It’s also more transformative to learn for yourself than be inundated with information.
