In regard to a woman serving as a children’s director or women’s ministries leader, Titus 2 is clear. I do think we need to maintain the clear distinction from the title and office of pastor, but this discussion in no way minimizes every single woman and girl from sharing the gospel evangelistically. Every single believer has been co-mmissioned to go and make disciples which involves sharing the gospel and a teaching function that is distinct from the office of a teacher or pastor, but rather the role of teaching as a mentor, which every single Believer is called too.
